The leadership in any field is not a velvet walk, especially in the religious communities. The uniqueness and uniformity create issues, concerns and problems in religious communities. Addressing the matters before it becomes a turmoil is the best solution. Keeping this as the main view the province has arranged a two day long seminar for the local superiors and principals both in province and region. 29 leading members of the communities began their seminar under the guidance of Rev. The very event was the perpetual profession of Six Sisters who have been experiencing the Luigine way of Life for past the seven Years. They have lived the charismatic values of Luigine spirituality of living a consecrated life of Chastity, Poverty and Obedience exhibited it in various Forms of Apostolic activities. The long awaited and cherished dream of Indian province became true on 13th July 2024 at 7.00 am when the Rubino nursery school and vocational training center for the young girls and women at Churu - Ranchi, was blessed and inaugurated by His Grace Most Rev. Vincent Aind, Archbishop of Ranchi. His Grace presided over the ceremonial blessing and Eucharistic celebration, invoking the blessings of God upon the new endeavours. Rev. Sr. Teresia M.
